CLINCIAL SKINCARE AESTHETICS
Clinical Skin Biology Skin Rejuvenation Fundamentals : Prerequisite online course
(Must be completed prior to Clinical Skincare Aesthetics Hands on Training)

ALL ONLINE COURSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Online courses can be done at anytime and at your leisure.
Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy is not responsible if you do not follow thru with your online course(s) and it is non refundable.

TERMS:
Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy is held free of blame:
If you do not meet the minimum requirements and passing grade set forth by the Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy.
If you fail to complete your online course(s).
Payment for hands on training practicum course(s) is due two weeks prior to course dates. If you are unable to make hands on practicum training course dates, two weeks notice is required. $500 (non refundable) deposit is needed to secure hands on dates.
It is not Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy responsibility to follow through if the student has not completed the course(s).

We do not offer job placement. However, we are here to help.
It is advisable to reach out to us about your plans so we can help you with what course(s) you should take and will work best for you.
Abide by all of the rules and guidelines set forth within your course or courses.
Abide by all the rules and guidelines set forth with any Clinical and or Medical Aesthetics Equipment. Make sure all Class 11-1V medical devices are Health Canada Approved. (We can help you out with that upon certification).
You must be 20 years or older and in good health, both mentally and physically. Must be able to learn online. Have experience working with the public and a love for skin.
It is the student's responsibility to follow through and complete their online courses and hands on practicum courses.
Make sure you understand these terms and conditions before signing up for any courses.
By registering you are agreeing to Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy policies, terms and conditions.

Upon registration we will invoice you for payment for your course(s). You can pay via Visa, Mastercard or e- transfer.
Please make sure you keep a copy of your certificates.
We do not keep copies and there is a fee of $75 (each) to reissue certificates. (Both digital or hard copy).
All Medical Laser Aesthetics programs (including online portions of Medical Laser Aesthetics) taken prior to December 31st, 2023 and all online courses prior to December 31st, 2023 are non refundable as stated and agreed to in your registration policies, terms and conditions.
