Registration Policies

Please read the registration policies below carefully, and have full understanding of all policies, terms and conditions.

Most online courses require prerequisites.

Please read course overview prior to registration.

All online courses are done at your leisure. There are no deadlines.

If a starter kit is included with your course, it will be sent out within one to two business days. (Please make sure you add the proper shipping address upon registration).

All starter kits are shipped out Canada Post Express. 

All online courses are non-refundable. Non transferable.



Programs are online with hands on training in Kelowna B.C.

NOTE: You can start the online portion at any time. 

A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required upon registration, which will start you in the online portion of the program and hold a space for your hands on dates.

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to hands on training.


Hands on dates get booked up fast so it is recommended to register earlier than one month to secure your dates. Hands on dates will be set upon deposit. Please do not make travel arrangements until hands on dates are 100% secured.

One month notice is needed if you are unable to make hands on dates.

The online portion is done at your leisure.

All courses are non transferable.

If you do not meet the minimum requirements and passing grade set forth by the Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy. 

If you fail to complete the course.

We do not offer job placement. However we are here to help.

Abide by all of the rules and guidelines set forth.

You must be 20 years or older, and in good health.

Please make sure you keep a copy of your certificate. We do not keep copies and there is a fee to reissue certificates.

Make sure you understand these policies and any prerequisites that may be needed before signing up for any courses.

Once you register, you will be asked to pay for your course via a secure site, you can pay via Visa/Mastercard or Paypal. We will then be sending you a password to login to your course.
