I have read, accept and fully understand Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy registration policies, terms and conditions. I am aware that all online courses (including virtual training) are nonrefundable. Including Clinical Skin Biology and Fundamentals online course, Laser Skin Hair Biology and Laser Physics online course, Skincare Technician online course, Dermaplaning and Clinical Facial with Dermaplaning online courses, Microneedlig Principles, Microderm / Hydroderm Principles. Payment for hands on practicum courses is due two weeks prior to dates. Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy is not responsibe if you do not follow through with your course(s). I accept and agree with all terms with Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy and Gratify terms and agreement if I have opted to go with financing.

Registration terms, policies and conditions

All online courses are non refundable

(Includes all individual online courses, Clinical Skin Biology and Skin Rejuvenation Fundamentals, Laser Skin Hair Biology and Laser Physics)

Online courses can be done at anytime and at your leisure.

Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy is not responsible if you do not follow thru with your online course(s) and it is non refundable.

TERMS:

Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy is held free of blame:

If you do not meet the minimum requirements and passing grade set forth by the Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy. (70%)

If you fail to complete your online course(s).

Payment for hands on training practicum course(s) is due two weeks prior to course dates. If you are unable to make hands on practicum training course dates, at least two weeks notice is required, so we can fill your space. Please make sure the hands on dates work for you prior to registering and you have enough time to follow thru with the online course(s) prior, as we will be securing a space for you. ($500 non refundable deposit will be needed to have to secure new dates).

It is not Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy responsibility to follow through if the student has not completed the course(s).

We do not offer job placement. However, we are here to help.

It is advisable to reach out to us about your plans so we can help you with what course(s) you should take and will work best for you.

Abide by all of the rules and guidelines set forth within your course or courses.

Abide by all the rules and guidelines set forth with any Clinical and or Medical Aesthetics Equipment. Make sure all Class 11-1V medical devices are Health Canada Approved. (We can help you out with that upon certification).

You must be 20 years or older and in good health, both mentally and physically. Must be able to learn online. Have experience working with the public and a love for skin.

It is the student's responsibility to follow through and complete their online courses and hands on practicum courses.

Make sure you understand these terms and conditions before signing up for any courses.

By registering you are agreeing to Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy policies, terms and conditions.

Upon registration we will invoice you for payment for your course(s). You can pay via Visa, Mastercard or e- transfer.

Please make sure you keep a copy of your certificates.

We do not keep copies and there is a fee of $75 (each) to reissue certificates. (Both digital or hard copy).
