Online Courses: Policies, Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any online course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined below.

 

General Policy

All online courses are self-paced and may be completed at your convenience. Students are responsible for managing their own progress and completing all required components of the course.

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy is not responsible for failure to complete any online course(s) once access has been granted.

 

Terms

Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy shall not be held liable under the following circumstances:

If a student does not meet the minimum course requirements.

 

If a student fails to complete their online course(s).

 

If a student does not progress through or finish the training within their access period. (All courses can be done at your leisure)

 

It is the sole responsibility of the student to complete all course requirements.

Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy is not obligated to ensure course completion or follow up on student progress.

 

Conditions

Nicola Finch Laserspa Academy does not guarantee job placement upon completion of any course.

However, we are committed to supporting our students and are available to provide guidance and recommendations where possible.
